TL;DR

Claude RPG web UI is production-ready for team use. We’re now preparing VM infrastructure and team onboarding. Also shipped major x402 protocol upgrades across the payment stack.

Highlights

The Claude RPG web UI for tmux-hosted sessions hit a major milestone today with 25 commits addressing everything from UX polish to security features like masked password input. The UI now includes collapse/expand all, proper notifications, click-to-focus terminals, better state detection, and release-please for automated versioning. Created the claude-team-starter repo with Phase 1 setup scripts, Cloudflare tunnel configuration, and pre-installed Rust/Clarinet tooling.

In parallel, migrated the entire x402 payment ecosystem to v2 protocol with Coinbase-compatible format: stx402 library, x402-api backend, and crosschain-example all updated. All 8 PRs across the x402 stack merged today. Added SSRF protection (including IPv6 handling) and nonce conflict retry logic along the way.
