TL;DR

Highlights

• Quest skill refinement: Refactored /quest-run to spawn fresh subagents per phase instead of accumulating context. Each phase now gets a full 200k token budget while state persists via .planning/ files. This prevents the token exhaustion we hit on long quests.

• x402 outreach strategy: Updated all outreach docs with Jan 29 brief, added strategic framework section, reorganized contact profiles. Preparing to use quest system to coordinate campaigns across OpenFacilitator, AEON, RelAI, x402.jobs, and AIBTC internal operations.

• claude-rpg v2 status: The rewrite is cleaner architecture (Bun server, typed events, state machines) but not fully functional yet. Several features need debugging before daily use. Closed 18 v2-related issues as completed in the rewrite PRs.
